|
| Q - I uploaded some pictures to my listing but they all don't appear. Why? |
We impose a limit of "512000" bytes on a picture uploaded to a listing.
This limit is imposed to improve the page loading speed of listings and to prevent an space overload on our server.
For simple editing/resizing of graphics/pictures, we use a freeware program called "IrfanView32" which may be downloaded
here.

|
| Q - I registered but my username and password don't work! Why? |
| Once you register, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you provided.
The e-mail contains a web page link that must be visited to finalize the registration process.
This process confirms that you registered and not someone masquerading as you. |
|
|
|
| Q - Why must I be a registered user to reply to listings? |
This is to minimize the likelihood of a visitor spamming or harassing the person that placed the listing.
Since the registration process confirms the existence of the new user's e-mail address,
that new user is less likely to abuse the site for purposes of spamming or harassment. |

| Within 7 days of your listing's expiration,

30 days. Your listing can be renewed up to a total of 180 additional days beyond your original listing term. |

Q - Will my e-mail address be available to a casual user of this site?
- or -
I put my e-mail address in my listing but it shows up as a bunch of x's, why? |

All responses to listings are initiated by a form that is only accessible by registered users.
Once you receive the e-mail from the responder through our site, it is up to you to respond back using your own e-mail program. |
